We invested over 18 months rehabbing our building, a former auto-body shop, into a state-of-the-art Bikram Yoga studio.

Here is the beautiful glass-block front entrance.  Plenty of safe, well-lit parking surrounds the building.  Outdoor tables and chairs are a great place to cool down after class.

Our 'living room' is where everyone hangs out before and after class.  Everyone is welcomed here - students, retirees, athletes, those just entering the world of exercise, new moms, grandparents, everyone.  The teachers are always available here for specific questions you might have. (Our 'green' furniture is made of recycled milk jugs, so feel free to sit on down!)

We have a convenient retail area, where you can pick up clothes, mats, towels, gifts and other things for before, during and after your class.  We always have a large selection of the latest Shakti yoga wear in stock, so you can come in any time to shop and try things on in a relaxing atmosphere.

Our yoga room is incredible.  It is heated by a uniquely engineered system, providing consistent heat and humidity as well as continuous fresh air.  There are mirrors on three sides for you to always have a view of your posture.  It is carpeted in Neofloor, which contains a permanent anti-microbial agent.  It feels like felt on your feet! The room holds up to 70 students so we will have room for you no matter when you decide to join us.

Our juice bar will soon be open, so you can enjoy fresh fruit smoothies and other treats after your class.

Our women's locker room has 3 showers, 3 bathrooms and 2 private changing rooms, as well as lots of space to change.  There are lots of lockers and hooks to store your personal items.  We also offer 2 hair bars (one shown here), complete with blow dryers and other things to make it easy  for you to go anywhere from here.

Our men's locker room offers 3 showers, 3 bathrooms and a shaving bar (shown here).  Lots of lockers and hooks provide places to hang and store your things.  Spacious changing areas give you lots of room to move.
